    The details

One app for NCR's very different housing

Delhi NCR housing comes in very different shapes. Plotted colonies in South and West Delhi are run by RWAs, often registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Dwarka and Rohini have group-housing societies. Noida, Greater Noida West, Gurugram and Ghaziabad are full of high-rise townships with hundreds or thousands of flats, where an apartment owners' association (AOA) takes over from the builder.

    Gate security in big townships

In a large township the gate is where most friction happens. Community Hub lets residents pre-approve guests, deliveries and cabs; guards verify them by pass code or QR, and anyone else becomes a request the resident approves or rejects on their phone. Every entry and exit is logged, so questions after an incident can be answered from records rather than memory.

    When something goes wrong

The SOS button on the resident home screen is hold-to-confirm, so it doesn't fire by accident. Once sent, the alert reaches the society's admins and guards, who can acknowledge it, call the resident and mark it resolved — and residents can see that someone has responded.

    Builder-to-AOA handover

Newly handed-over societies often start with incomplete resident lists and dues data in spreadsheets. We migrate that data for free, and the 3-month trial gives the new committee time to get residents onboarded before making a decision.
