• Financial Information: Payment details, transaction history for maintenance dues, and ad-hoc community payments.
• Visitor & Vehicle Data: Guest details, frequent visitor logs, and vehicle registration numbers.

We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India, and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. If you receive an email or a call from a person/association claiming to be Community Hub seeking any personal data like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, please never provide such information. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.

Your data is utilized strictly to provide, maintain, and improve Community Hub services. Key uses include:

• Verifying identity for secure access to residential premises (Visitor Management).
• Processing financial transactions for society maintenance and utilities.
• Enabling emergency SOS broadcasts to community admins and security personnel.
• Facilitating communication through community chat, social feeds, and official notices.
• Providing secure cloud storage for complaint evidence, vehicle logs, and shared media.

We never sell or rent your personal information. Data is only shared under these strict circumstances:

• Community Admins & Guards: Necessary details (e.g., unit number, registered vehicles, expected visitors) are shared to ensure physical security.
• Service Providers: Trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process transactions securely.
• Legal Requirements: If mandated by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

We implement robust, industry-standard AES encryption and secure socket layers (SSL) to protect your data in transit and at rest. We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Users have the ability to request complete account deletion, which will permanently remove their identifiable data from our active databases. However, the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure for reasons beyond our control; by using the Platform, you accept the inherent security implications of data transmission online. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and password records for your account.

To provide core functionalities, our mobile application requires specific permissions:

• Camera & Photos: For uploading profile avatars and attaching photos to maintenance requests.
• Location: To verify proximity for SOS alerts and geo-fenced features.
• Biometrics: For faster, secure FaceID/TouchID authentication. (Biometric data never leaves your device).

You retain full control over your personal data. You have the right to:

• Access and download a copy of your personal data.
• Correct or update inaccurate information via your profile settings.
• Opt-out of non-essential promotional communications.
• Request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.

By visiting our Platform or by providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and otherwise processing of your information on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you disclose to us any personal data relating to other people (for example, when pre-approving a guest or registering a family member), you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
