    Telugu or English

Each person chooses the app language — a guard can work in Telugu while a committee member uses English.

    Notices that reach everyone

Announcements go to every resident's phone, to one block or everyone, with a view count.

    Maintenance by UPI

Residents pay through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking); invoices, receipts and reminders are automatic.

    Visitor management

Pre-approved guests, deliveries and cabs; walk-ins approved by the resident; every entry logged.

    Complaints with SLAs

Water, motor, lift and power issues get an owner, a deadline and escalation.

    Emergency SOS

Hold-to-confirm SOS alerts admins and guards, who respond from the app.

    The details

    Built for Telugu-speaking communities

Most society software in India is English-only. In Andhra Pradesh, that leaves out many of the people a community depends on: security guards, housekeeping and maintenance staff, and senior residents who read Telugu far more comfortably than English. Community Hub was built in Hyderabad and can be used in Telugu or English, so the same app works for everyone in the community.

    Across the state

Apartment living has spread well beyond the two largest cities. Associations in Guntur, Tirupati, Nellore, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Kurnool and other towns face the same jobs as big-city societies — collecting maintenance, managing the gate, fixing complaints and keeping residents informed — usually with a smaller volunteer committee.

    • In Vijayawada, we focus on moving maintenance collection from cash and receipt books to UPI with proper records.
    • In Visakhapatnam, we focus on the gate, daily help and emergency SOS for high-rise complexes.

    Bilingual notices, done simply

The app interface switches between Telugu and English. Announcements are written by your committee, so for important notices — water shutdowns, safety instructions, maintenance due dates, AGM notices — we recommend writing both languages in a single announcement. Our post on running a society in English and Telugu has practical templates and tips.

    Registration and records

Associations in the state are commonly registered under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, and apartment ownership is governed by the Andhra Pradesh Apartments (Promotion of Construction and Ownership) Act, 1987. Community Hub keeps the everyday records — dues, receipts, expenses, notices, poll results and documents — that make AGM and audit preparation easier. It isn't legal or accounting advice.
