Deliveries and cabs at the gate
Residents pre-approve deliveries and cab drop-offs (with vehicle number) so guards aren't calling flats for every rider.
Owners, tenants and family
The resident directory tracks blocks, units, owners, tenants and family members, which matters in tenant-heavy complexes.
Maintenance by UPI
Residents pay dues through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Invoices, receipts and reminders are automatic.
Amenity booking
Clubhouse, courts and party halls with time slots, rules, approvals and paid bookings — instead of a first-come WhatsApp thread.
Complaints with SLAs
Lift, water-tanker, STP and parking issues get assigned, tracked against an SLA and escalated.
Community chat
Block groups, community groups and custom groups, plus a private social feed, so neighbours talk without a 900-member WhatsApp group.
The details
Built for how Bengaluru apartments actually run
Large complexes on Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, Hebbal, Electronic City and the Outer Ring Road often have several hundred units, a facility manager, a security agency and a volunteer managing committee — and a large share of tenants who arrive and leave every year or two. Older apartment buildings in Jayanagar, Malleshwaram or Indiranagar are smaller, but the committee is usually a handful of volunteers doing everything by hand.
Tenant turnover without the chaos
When the resident directory knows which unit has an owner, which has a tenant and who the family members are, a lot of small problems go away: the right person gets the maintenance invoice, guards know who can approve a visitor for that flat, and notices reach the people actually living there. When a tenant moves out, the unit's history stays with the unit.
Delivery volume
Quick-commerce and food delivery mean a constant stream of riders at most Bengaluru gates. With Community Hub, residents pre-approve deliveries and cabs from the app, guards verify the pass code or QR, and everything else becomes a walk-in request the resident approves or rejects on their phone. Every entry and exit is logged.
Records your committee will need
Bengaluru associations are typically registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, or formed under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972. Community Hub keeps the day-to-day records — dues, receipts, expenses, notices, poll results and documents — together, which makes AGM and audit preparation less of a scramble. It is not a replacement for your accountant or legal advice.
New communities get a 3-month trial, and we migrate existing resident and dues data for free.
Frequently asked questions
Is Community Hub free for Bangalore apartments?+
The app is free to download on iOS and Android, and new communities get a 3-month trial. Contact us for pricing after the trial.
Can tenants pay maintenance instead of owners?+
Yes. Owners and tenants are both linked to the unit in the directory, so whoever is responsible can pay through the app.
How are delivery riders handled?+
Residents can pre-approve a delivery or cab in advance. Riders who aren't pre-approved are logged by the guard and the resident approves or rejects them from a notification.
Can we charge for clubhouse or court bookings?+
Yes. Amenities can have slots, rules, approval steps and paid bookings.
Which areas of Bangalore do you support?+
Any community in Bengaluru, and anywhere else in India.
